PRESSURE VESSELS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Pressure vessels and heat exchangers in the production of pressure vessels are characterized by large-thickness steel and heat exchangers, the processes of structures, which are obtained by being pre-bending and rolling are key, in order plates ranging from 6 to over 50 mm.
Obtaining the desired tolerances and easy production of such, equipment requires welding the cylinders. We use 3-roll and 4-roll high accuracy rather than high productive- plate bending which are ideal in these processes. In addition, we also design and strictest international standards (e.g. ASME). manufacture the dished heads which are widely applied in this sector.
We offer the most extensive dished heads cold forming and shell rolling capabilities. Moreover, we utilize high precision & accuracy automatic cutting & welding machines that specialize in the fabrication of large-scale pressure vessel components and feature some of the largest steel forming capacities available.
Our forming capabilities range up to 50mm in thickness for pressure vessel heads, and up to 50 mm in thickness for pressure vessel shells, Heads are formed up to 6000 mm in diameter for Torispherical dished heads and up to 5000Tor Semi-Elliptical (2:1)dished head.
