Renewal of insurance coverage, if necessary.
Notification of insurance coverage and validity status for the client.
Notifying the applicable insurance company of any emergent claims under the insurance agreements in collaboration with the client's insurance adviser.

Opening, registering, and revising the Charter of the Company
Making a Resolution/Decision
Preparing additional internal papers in accordance with Company policy at the request of the Company
ERC/IRC amendments and updates
Managing licenses, equipment warranty certification, and legal authorization in accordance with ISO 9001. In compliance with the legislation, coordinating with local government departments.
